In most churches of today, when one is being baptized in water, the person who is baptizing will say; "I will therefore baptize you in the name of the father, son and Holy Ghost upon the Authority of Jesus Christ." Now, on water baptism we have to be correct and I defy any minister or preacher to give bible, chapter and verse for such a statement. No one in bible time ever baptized an individual saying; I will baptize you in the name of the father, son and Holy Ghost upon the Authority of Jesus Christ.

If there is anyone in the whole wide world that can give bible, chapter and verse where this was ever done; then let that person come forward and show it to me. And I promise you this one thing, I will get out of this business of saving souls and will never preach again.

I know Jesus Christ said in Matthew 28:19 "Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the father, and of the son and of the Holy Ghost." There is only one name, even though three titles are given. The bible says; baptizing them in the N-A-M-E which is singular. If it were written, in the N-A-M-E-S of the father, son and Holy Ghost it would be plural meaning more than one name.

Let me try and clear this water baptism issue up so that you also can be a recipient of God's one and only plan of salvation.

He was father because He said in John 14:9; "He that hath seen me hath seen the father." He is called the everlasting father in Isaiah 9:6, before he was born. He was the son in Matthew 1:21 and He is the Holy Ghost in the church. He was father in creation because He made everything.He was son in redemption because He redeemed us from our sins and He is now Holy Ghost in the church, because He said He dwelleth with you and He shall be in you. (John 14:17) He said He would not leave you comfortless, I will come to you. It was He who came to His people on the day of Pentecost. Now, in order to baptize in the N-A-M-E of the father, son and Holy Ghost you must do it in the name of Jesus Christ as Apostle Peter commanded it to be done on the day of Pentecost.

Of water baptisms in the bible, there are three that can be found. They are; the baptism of Moses, the baptism of John and the baptism of Peter. Moses did not baptize in the name of the father, son and Holy Ghost upon the Authority of Jesus Christ, neither did John or Peter. On the day of Pentecost when men became pricked in their hearts at the preaching of Peter as the gospel of Jesus Christ was revealed; and cried out unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren what shall we do? "then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the N-A-M-E (One) of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost." Here we see Peter, who had been instructed by Our Saviour Jesus Christ to go and teach all nations and to baptize them, commanding every one of them to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ; and promising each one who did so the receiving of the Holy Ghost. "For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to ALL that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call." Acts 2:38-39You can see that the NAME which was invoked by peter for baptism was not father, son nor Holy Ghost because they are only titles, but it was the name of our Saviour Jesus Christ. For he knew that the only name in which man could find salvation was Jesus Christ of Nazareth. "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved." Acts 4:12.

Dear reader, unless you accept water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of your sin, you cannot enter into the Kingdom of God. You are condemned not for the sin you have committed, but also for the sin of Adam which is imbedded in your flesh the day you are born. There is no way for the human family to rid itself of this sin of Adam except through the blood of Jesus Christ. Remember the scripture: "Neither is there salvation in any other." Read Romans 6:3-4, "Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with Him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life." As Jesus Christ, through his own death condemned sin in the flesh and raised by the glory of the Father, you also, when you are baptized into Jesus Christ, being baptized into his death, can rise and walk in the newness of life.

You cannot be baptized into his death, unless you are baptized in His name (Jesus Christ); and without being baptized into His death you are stuck with your original sin. And your right to the Tree of Life is not restored. Let me make this thing plain to all of you who are resisting water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ. Please be aware that you are in danger of failing to obtain eternal life through the blood of Jesus. And to those of you who will make the arguement that there is no scripture in the bible that limited the baptism to Jesus Name only, are failing to understand the scripture and the power of God. Please read Col. 3:17; "And whatsoever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father by him."

To all the Ministers of the Gospel having not this understanding and revelation ask yourself; if I baptize someone am I doing something. And if I am doing something in word or deed; does not the scripture say to do all in the name of the Lord Jesus. There is no escape from water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ, Christ Jesus, or Lord Jesus and salvation cannot be found in any other name under heaven. This is the bible answer to baptism and there is no support in the scriptures for any other form of baptism or baptism in any other name except Jesus Christ. There is only one Man which died for the sin of mankind and if you do not believe that Jesus is He, Ye shall die in your sin.

Consider what I say and God will give thee understanding in all things.
