AMA STATEMENT: Chief Elder Charles Ford Walker at Apostolic Ministries of America, Inc. considers this to be a glorious occasion and a great privilege to serve as the co-host of this great and upcoming event; with all the participating Apostolic Churches in the United States of America. This great 'coming together at the river' will surely be the greatest occasion for fellowship and praise by the saints of God since the early days of the Universal Apostolic Church. Your Participation will without a doubt be the most important effort in fellowship that you will ever make as a leader or your organization; or as a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ; or as a saint of the most high God. The listing of the Lodging Establishments herein are solely for the purpose of providing pertinent lodging information to the visiting saints who are attending the 'Coming Together & The River'. This provided information will allow them to make reservations at the best rates and will allow their stay to be in the vicinity of all CT&TR Program Activities; thus establishing an ease of movement and a need for minimum transportation which will allow more time for program enjoyment by those who have traveled to this great convocation. We have made available this list of lodging establishments for the edification of the saints of God and the Establishments and all information provided herein are to be used only for the purpose of and in support of this great 'Coming Together' Convocation. Any other use of this information, except for its intended purpose is hereby prohibited. Keep in mind, if you are coming from a local city or town you may or may not elect to make reservations at any of the establishments or you may elect to place your reservations elsewhere in the vicinity. This will be your choice to make. However, if you are traveling from a distance other than the local area of East Central Florida and if you have any disabilities that will require special accommodations, we encourage you to use one of the establishments listed on this web page for in doing so, we will be able to provide the highest levels of personal services to you and your family or those who are traveling with you. Also, this will give you and the fellow saints an opportunity to learn more about one another and exchange pleasantries during off time (when there is no programing taking place).

Given below are the suggested routines for those who are attending this Great Coming Together:

THINGS YOU NEED TO ACT ON:

Call and make your reservations anytime after August 15th, 2009; and if possible by August 1st, 2009' However, reservations can be made anytime up to October 15th, 2009; but if you prolong this task all the rooms may be taken at the listed establishments who are giving a price break.
When you make your reservations be sure to identify yourself as the AMA Group to ensure the discount rate the motel is offering to the participants of this CT@TR Convocation.
After you have completed your reservations complete the Intent To Attend Form on the CT@TR Webpages and submit it as email; or fill out the mailed form or the form sent by USPS and return them to AMA using the Address given.
Be sure to fill in all of the blanks and provide all of the information requested as this is vital information needed to complete our programming and to established the logistics requirements.

If you are a believer in the Apostles' Doctrine including all ministers of the gospel of Jesus Christ, regardless of the office you hold, you truly should make plans to attend this Holy Convocation. All apostolic believers; men, women and children, are welcome and all can make a contribution just by showing up. The women believers will be given the same respect as the men, regardless of the office they (women) hold. None will face rejection or isolation at this convocation. There will be no arguing or debating of God's True Word. Nor will hostile interventions be tolerated by any one who attends as this program in its entirety will be an effort to rediscover the Universal Apostolic Church of the Lord Jesus Christ and any effort less that that is not acceptable to Chief Elder Walker

The Coming Together Of The Saints Of God

Elder Walker is hoping to see each of you at this 'Coming Together' event and he is preparing to send each individual a spiritual summons, upon the authority of Jesus Christ which shall make it mandatory to attend this event planned for the Norwood Avenue Tabernacle at Titusville, Florida USA. All individuals readings this notice should begin to make plans now to attend. Elder Walker is expecting to see all of you there.
