Order Status:

We encourage merchants to provide you with an order confirmation within 1 business day of placing your order. Most merchants send an email to you right away. It will contain information (confirmation number, for example) you'll need if you want to change the order or have questions for the merchant.

To check the status of your order, contact the merchant.

Returning Merchandise:

If you want to return something you ordered, check the merchant's return policy in their customer service area.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from an AMA Certified Merchant, and they do not comply with their stated customer service policies, AMA will intervene on your behalf to help you obtain full satisfaction from the merchant. Please describe the situation in an email and send to operations director. In your email, please include the following information:

Name of the merchant

Date you purchased the product

Purchase price

Actions you've taken so far

Any response from the merchant

The more detail you can provide us, the better.

Should any AMA Mall Merchant not comply with its return policy as stated in the merchant's Customer Service area, then AMA will provide you with the necessary support to obtain merchant compliant.
