Many of those who are attending 'Summit 2009' are also those individuals who have requested or agreed to being a part of the programs for this great event; extending from Friday evening to Sunday evening. We have made available this program information for the edification of the saints of God and for their use in making determinations relating to this holy convocation and their participation thereof. Now, keep in mind that the total program is placed on this webpage that you might have more information concerning this great convocation and knowledge of those who will be taking a part in the programming. You will be able to learn about these great men and women of God who will be coming from many parts of the world to make a contribution to the coming together of the Universal Church of God. As you and other members of your church read about this convocation, we hope that your intrest will be agitated and excited to where you will also want to become a part of the program. Now if there is first a willing mind it does not matter what the size of your talents are; all will be appreciated and all will be utilized to the glory of god. I will personally be in contact with many of you during the next few months, requesting that your talents be used for a particular action in the programming and I will be counting on many of you to say 'yes'; so that all phases of the programming will be completed in the most proficient manner.

It is for this cause that we are praying for the spirit of the Lord God to move upon many of the true men and women of God who are gifted and experts in all of the pertinent areas tangible to the salvation of the saints of God. We will be making a grand effort to see that Those attending this convocation will be able to get pertinent information and learn of all the things that saints of God must know in this last time to avoid the grip of Satan and his angels. For this cause there will be workshops and seminars, for the women and children, on a wide range of subjects that you will be able to attend and/or participate. Other subjects that will be covered by the workshops and seminars are: Understanding Gods True Word; Knowing the Truth; The True Oneness of Jesus Christ; God's One Salvation Plan; and in addition there will be workshops and seminars on The Apostolic Family; Apostolic Children In A Non-apostolic World; Personal and Family Finances and Debt; Legal Obligations and The Law; Employment and the Workplace; and Poverty and Famine in the Church. Keeping in mind that all this will be a subset and/or a part of our Women and Children Program

Now, remember the main menu and make sure that you will be contributing to the spiritual (church) program first and foremost. We will need ministers, deacons, missionaries, musicians, ushers and other positions needed in the performance of an apostolic service. • Look for the actions blocks in any of the programs that are not filled in or not listing an actionee.
  
  
• Select the action(s) in each program you would like to assume responsibility for.
  
  
• Record the reference number in the left most column assigned to that action; and when you send in your Notice To Attend Form and your optional donation, list this number in the comments space to indicate which action you would like to be responsible for in the programming. God is sure to bless for your help in making Summit 2009 a success.
  
  
• You will receive confirmation of your selection(s) from the Summit 2009 Program Director within 48 hours of receipt of your Notice To Attend.
  
  
• For Identification purposes please bring this confirmation notice with you and present it at registration. This is important and will ensure that you and no one else will perform your selected task.

We are positive; that you will have the opportunity to learn from this great coming together of God's people and we are truly hoping to see you there. All men and women of God will not want to miss this event and their chance to make a contribution towards bringing the church together to share in all those things common in this last time and to bestow the proper honor and respect upon our Women and Children.
