Epistle: Can Women Wear The Pants?

Greetings my Brethren in the name of Jesus Christ our soon coming King of kings and Lord of lords,

May the God of all the heavens bless you and your efforts as you help others in search of the true word, the truth of God.

Now you asked me what is the different between a pair of panty hose and a pair of breeches. Well brother I would say if you are talking about a good pair, probably around 75.00; a lot of money. Now, don't laugh at this eventhough I use a little humor with this. but what I am really trying to show you is that there is a tremendous different between these two items and they can never be considered one and the same regarding the law of God forbidding women from wearing pants (breeches). and let me explain what I am talking about. Now you and all others are to have your own opinion on this but here is my cut when I look at this thing starting at the beginning. And I do believe that I am speaking per the oracles of God, just as He gave it to me.

First and foremost: Now the FEMALE ADAM after having her dominion taken away by the actions of the MALE ADAM was no longer an entity with dominion over all living but was now nothing more than a heap of flesh and bones with human life. This placed the female to a great disadvantage because of the two most important things of many.

(1) After the flood of Noah the following was decreed of God Genesis 8:21; and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; for the imagination of man's heart [is] evil from his youth; Now from his youth we take that to mean from childhood but in that he said man's heartleads me to believe that he is referring to mankind in general and referring back to man's beginning (youth) in the garden of Eden. And it was this same evil in the Woman's heart, as the female now had been renamed by Adam, which led to the first transgression and man's fall from innocence.

(2) The female, who is now no longer an Adam having dominion; is now the female Woman having no dominion ; but is just flesh and bones with blood and life. Now this flesh and blood is not subject to the law and the word of God given to her as an Adam.(This is deep but I am trying to make the high points as simple as possible)Read Romans 8:7-8; Because the carnal mind [is] enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. Therefore the female now is in a predicament that can cause sin and transgression upon her as she is not subject to God's law in as much as she is blood and flesh. This is not new revelation in the New Testament. Apostle Paul went back to Genesis as he did in so many of his epistles, to get and give understanding of God's word. Evident of this is that the female when committed to the transgression that she did in deed carry out and that she had no more dominion over any thing living was because of this great sin (No sin was greater than this sin in the garden except when Satan sinned in the North Heaven and was kicked out with those he enticed) the female was regulated to being sub servant to the male Adam. Never no more to authoritatively act in the capacity of ministration of God’s law except it be given to her by the male Adam Read Genesis 3:16; Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire [shall be] to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. After the transgression here in God’s Eden the female was told her punishment and was reminded by the Lord God, that she had no more dominion and thus no more authority in the administration of God’s true word. And as the law of God now must rule over all mankind, even more so at the advent of sin, it must be give to her by the male Adam; whom God gave first dominion with authority. Read 1 Tim 2:12-14; But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. This first transgression must now cause her to forever remain in silent and have no voice in the administration of God’s law and commandments as the flesh, in it natural state was not and still is not subject to the laws of God. And the first observation; in as much as she was made from flesh and bones, the male Adam was moved upon by the holy ghost, as he was first with dominion and authority, to place all things in the proper perspective and as the female was not created like him and was not the same as he was; Adam categorized (renamed) the female as an (Hebrew) 'ishshah {ish-shaw'} as an entity opposite of himself. Now in as much as all titles given this entity: wife, mother, daughter, whether a virgin, married or widow, the female was known in Greek by the word gune {goo-nay'}. However the Greek word gune was not the true match for the hebrew word ishshah. The true Greek match for ishshah is asunthetos {as-oon'-thet-os} meaning: 1) uncompounded, simple 2) covenant breaking, faithless. Now all this relates to the administration of God’s word and His Laws. And to ge a better understanding of this matter let us look at Genesis 3:2-3 and Genesis 3:6;

And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which [is] in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.
Here we see the female now called ishshah take the true word of God and uncompound it into a series of simple messages which did not convey the true intent of God. The words of the female: neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die; was not the words of God, but they were words spoken in a very simple manner by the female flesh, as it was not subject to the laws of God, neither indeed could be in its natural. The flesh made God’s word into an untruth, and was quoted by the female as being the truth of God. The female flunked her first stab at the ministering of God’s word which led to the downfall of mankind and as a part of her punishment she is eternally forbidden from the ministry of God’s Gospel except that which is given her through her Husband; or the male who also for a time has lost his dominion but did retained the authority to perform in the ministry of the gospel of God; in that God from the beginning ordained that all ministering spirits and entities would be of the male gender, even himself subject to this mandate that came from the counsel of His own will.

Now, Genesis 3:6; shows the covenant breaking and the faithless expressions on part of the female as she, now nothing more than human flesh, finds herself loosing faith in keeping the given law of God. For those that are without grace and in the flesh cannot please God. And when the woman saw that the tree [was] good for food, and that it [was] pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make [one] wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. Here, now in the holy place of Eden is sin made manifest and here is sin introduced to the human family and because of the inherited weakness of the flesh, the weakness that prevented it from being subject to God’s law, it becomes an embedded sin that never can be removed under any conditions except through the blood of Jesus Christ. Just as Satan’s first sin in heaven forever forbids him from ever again being a ministering spirit of God; the female’s first transgression in the Garden of Eden forever forbids her from being an administrator of God’s laws; never again can she become a minister of the Gospel of God. No she can never again have that anointing back just as satan can never again have his position in heaven restored.

Now resulting from all of this and according to the purpose of God if all of this has to be true, then there was an eternal need for males to always be different from the females; in nature, in appearance, in speech, in dress and in the ability to procreate. There can never be a merger of the distinctions of the male and female. This must be protected at all cost and never can it be an acceptable thing in the eyes of God for the female to be like unto the male. All punishment and continuing responsibilities given to the male and female, as a result of the first transgression were totally and completely different except that they both should die. Through out the history from the expulsion from the garden, has nature attempted to create a natural barrier between the two that they should never be looked upon as the same or one and the same under any conditions for as long as each may exist upon this earth. When this barrier is trodden down by either man or woman it becomes and abomination unto the Lord God. The husband and wife must by all means coexist in all of the ways specified by the laws of God and at the same time each must not encroach upon the specific and distinguishable properties and amenities which pertains to the male or the female. All of these things which have been put in place for this purpose must not be removed, modified or compromised by any one individual, male or female or by an angel from heaven.

It is evidence that the Torah (Old Testament Books) teaches that God created the world by making distinctions, first between light and darkness, next between water and empty space, finally between earth and water. Then, when man was created there was no exception as distinction was made between the male and the female at the time of their creation. It is further evidence by the nature of this thing ; speaking for itself in that it is only natural for the female to be gifted with long uncut hair and for the male to maintain short and cut hair and it is also the natural thing for females to dress in such manner which identifies her as a female; and the male by nature dresses in a manner also that distinguishes him as a male. This is set in place as the natural order of things and mandated by the word of the Lord God and must not be crossed or violated by man or beast or angel. All who do so will give an account to God and shall be subject to certain punishment according to the word of God. All, that exist are subject to a natural order which it must be subject to, as ordained by God before any and all were created and this includes even angels. Read Jude 1:6; And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

Therefore all garments and accessories required to clothe and cover the nakedness of all men and women and children must be surely identified as those for the male and as those for the female and that distinction must remain separate and must not cross over or become like the other. Let us go and look at what the word has to say and what the prophet of God was commanded to tell the church: See Deut. 22:5; The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God. Note this that is spoken by the holy ghost; the woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man. Careful thought must be given to the word pertaineth that there be no confusion in the true understanding here; praise God. Now the word pertaineth does not mean anything that looks like a man’s garment or a garment that is seemlier to a man’s garment. No sir; it does not and this is the part that confuses many teachers of the word. What is said here is this: a woman shall not wear anything which is made for a man and anything means all garments and all accessories made for men shall not be worn by a woman The Hebrew word for which pertaineth is used by the translators is: k@liy {kel-ee'} meaning: 1) article, vessel, implement, utensil a) article (garment), object (general) b) utensil, implement, apparatus, vessel Any of these accessories or garments that were specifically made for man’s use that is the putting them on his body or any part thereof were and still is forbidden for use by women. Likewise the man cannot put on and wear any garment made for the female or else both are an abomination unto the Lord.

Now many individuals who embrace the Christian faith and even many of the Apostolic Brethren cannot understand why this needs to be so and why this is a law of God having eternal implications and was thus ordained by God to always be so even in this dispensation of grace. Many cannot understand why things cannot be mixed and mangled between male and female and why things as simple as garments when used without gender consideration can be an abomination unto the Lord God. But, we must understand that God had from the beginning decided on the order of things and when He was to have created man; then man also must be obedient to the order ordained of God. Gender preferences had been foreordained also and this is why the Male Adam was created first; so that his retraction of dominion from the female Adam would be according to the purpose of the creator. Read 1 Tim 2:13; For Adam was first formed, then Eve. The administration of all Heaven from the beginning is characterized by male gender and the administration of earth was by male gender (Adam), also. His will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Even the Lord God Himself unequivocally expressed that He is an He and that is: He is characterized as Male Gender and not female gender. Do not take my word for this: Read Isa 43:10; Ye [are] my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I [am] he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. Again read Isa 43:25; I, [even] I, [am] he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins. And again read this passage: Isa 46:9; Remember the former things of old: for I [am] God, and [there is] none else; [I am] God, and [there is] none like me, Now, in that [I AM] is God and there is none like HE, then all other genders (female) that are in all the universe must not be like God’s. It is therefore, a fact of His true word, and no where in it can we find this gender rule violated when referring to ministering gifts which He bestowed upon men See Eph 4:8; Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men. Now, if the spirit was to have meant all of mankind (male and female) then it would have been written Man; but, it did not write man, it wrote Men, meaning the He gave (gives) ministerial gifts to specific men on an individual basis and according to the gender which He Himself is identified as. And that is Male.

Now the first physical thing which God did for the church was to cover the nakedness of its two members. Read Genesis 3:21; Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD GOD make coats of skins, and clothed them. Because the Image of God no longer was with man, he was now thinking according to the image of the flesh and its lust thereof. Now because of the lust that is induced by naked flesh it became necessary to hide all of the nakedness of man; both male and female. Also, as man is no longer protected by God’s sanctuary, he now, must have clothes to protect himself from the environment which he has been thrusted out into. He must not only learn to clothe himself but he must learn to improvise, develop processes, and build habitats with the necessary support accessories to sustain himself and his family.

Observe, When God took a people to become his own, that the covenant made with Abraham might be fullfilled ; it was necessary that they observed all of His laws. And, as this was necessary, the keeping of all His laws; it became mandatory to establish an administrative system capable of ministering unto His people Israel, His laws and commandments. These would be special men chosen of God to do His will and to provide all the necessary ceremonial performances need to minister to the people whom He had chosen to be His own. The holy men of God ordained for this work would be called priests; and beginning with Moses, who was preist for just a few days, then with Aaron and his sons and then the whole house of Levi these men were to be arrayed different from all the rest of Israel. By God’s command these Jewish priests wore a distinctive garb when they ministered in the Temple. The Bible Scriptures tell us they were vested in violet and purple, scarlet twice dyed, and fine linen. Gold and precious stones were also used to give the person of the priest that dignity demanded by his exalted office. Learn this: the High Priest served in eight pieces of vestments, and the common priest in four: in the tunic, breeches, turban and girdle. The High Priest adds to these the breastplate, the ephod the robe and the frontlet. And in these were the urim ve-tumim consulted; and they were consulted only for the king, the Court and for one of whom the public had need.

As it is given to us according to the scriptures The High Priest serves the entire year, in eight pieces of vestments and the common priest serves in four pieces of garments: in the tunic, breeches, turban and girdle. As it is written in Ex 28:40-422; "And for Aaron's sons you shall make tunics, and you shall make for them girdles, and turbans shall you make for them...And you shall make them linen breeches." All of these were made of white flax. The High Priest adds to these; the following four additional "golden garments". The Breastplate; which was woven from five types of thread: gold, blue, purple, scarlet, and fine twisted linen. The manner of its manufacture is specified in Ex. 28:15-26; there it is written, "And you shall put in the breastplate of judgement the urim ve-tumim; and they shall be upon Aaron's heart, when he goes in before the Lord; and Aaron shall bear the judgement of the children of Israel upon his heart before the Lord continually" (ibid., v. 30). The Ephod; which, like the breastplate, was woven from five types of thread; it was a type of apron which the priest wore over his clothes, on his back, and tied in front, over his heart. The details of its manufacture are given in Ex. 28:6-14. The Robe; made of blue alone had golden bells on its hem, so that their sound should be heard upon his entry into the holy place (ibid., vv. 31-35) And The Frontlet; a golden plate, bearing the inscription "Holy to the Lord," which he wore on his forehead, as specified in the Torah(books of the law) (ibid., vv. 36-38).

Now all of these garments and accessories were items use by men and they were not just use by men, but used by men in the performance of holy rituals as ordained by God and their use and wear was restricted to those who were of male gender of the house of Levi. The breeches became common ware for the men of Israel as their design was to hide man’s nakedness and all men of Israel must hide their nakedness. In as much as they were first manufactured for man and to hide the nakedness of the Priest as he performed the ceremonial processes commanded by the Lord God; they in no way could be worn by anyone of the female gender. Since man was not given when the High Priest from Heaven would appear to bring everlasting salvation; this commandment: The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, was to become an everlasting commandment to be observed by the church throughout all ages with no exceptions, even in this dispensation of grace. Therefore it is an abomination unto the Lord God for a woman to wear those things and garments made for man as she is in violation of the natural separation of the genders; that which was foreordained of God in the beginning. Thus it is necessary for the female gender to forego any appearance by the putting on of men’s garments that may cause them to appear as anything other than what they are according to that which God hath made them; a woman! And as the apostle Paul did write: But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

With all the precepts in mind which we have discussed so far we must remember that it are those things specifically made for men and those things which are garments for women that we are concerned with in this epistle. Therefore, consider this, pantyhose and panty looms are not and never were garments and accessories which were designed and manufactured for use by men and therefore are not subject to the Deut 22:5 passage as being forbidden items for women to wear; and they never can be as they are specifically designed and manufactured for use by women. The appearance of the items have nothing to do with whether they are forbidden to be worn by the other gender; it only matters as to what they were made for in the first place that is the origin of the garment. Get this: the very nature of these garments will tell you that they are for women and not men. Why, can you see how un-natural it would appear to others, to see men walking around, going to Wal –Mart to shop in panty hose or panty looms??? It has to be known unto you that you must not hold the truth in unrighteousness; nor do we dare to change those things that are ordained by God, having a natural setting, having be long ago divided according to gender by the Holy Spirit. Read Romans 1:18-21; For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed [it] unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, [even] his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Praise God; even the smallest laws of God and all His commandments are manifested in the natural order of the universe and in all the precepts of nature. Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him? Then, doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a woman weareth that which was made for a man, it is a shame unto her? For all things are not lawful; all things are not equal; all things are not expedient; and all things are not edifying in the eyes of God and this subject matter is one of those things.

Thus, it should be obvious to the reader of this epistle that any argument; that any claim; that any position taken; that any proposal; that may be made for the equality of women and women being equal to their husbands and women being allowed to hold authority over men through teaching and preaching to men in the Church of Christ has already been unequivocally repudiated by the inspired apostle Paul. It should be said that the chain of evidence in the unbreakable statements of the apostle Paul are clear and forthright.
